Lovett Services was founded in 1997 by Dale Lovett, a determined entrepreneur who launched the company with borrowed money, one excavator, and a dump truck. What began as a one-man operation tackling utility and excavation work across Portland quickly earned a reputation for showing up, finishing the job, and standing behind the work.

That reputation, built one property manager and one project at a time, became the foundation of everything Lovett Services is today. Over the next three decades, the company grew into a full-spectrum commercial infrastructure contractor serving multifamily, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients across Oregon and Washington.
